3 Year Anniversary!

Sean came home with these beautiful PINK roses on the 18th (yesterday)...my gift to him wasn't so great...continue reading...Sean's favorite cake is my Granny's Red Velvet, which I am very fortunate to have her recipe!!! However, I'm afraid I did her NO JUSTICE tonight. I have no idea what happened...maybe to much oil or the wrong type of flour....anyway, the cake did not rise, and it kind of turned out crunchy on the edges and kind of dense in the middle...more like a Red Velvet Buttermilk Biscuit...yummy.

Amazing Love!

I have no idea what prompted this blog, but in a way, that is just God's work, right? Tonight I was laying in bed and my mind was completely zoned out, not thinking about anything and all of a sudden I began to think about God's Amazing Love and GRACE. How undeserving am I? So undeserving. It just hit me how wonderful God is and I wonder how He can give us all forgiveness for all that we do wrong...everyday...EVERY SINGLE DAY! It is so far beyond comprehension, it's hard to even put into words...and the reason I decided to get out this computer and blog about it tonight is I felt like someone out there may just stubble upon it and benefit from hearing His word, and maybe ask me about what Grace is. Bottom line...God has blessed me. He has blessed me with a wonderful family, a great husband and a beautiful child. We may not have a lot of material things, but I don't ever want to lose sight of the riches I have through the blessings, Grace and forgiveness of my Lord. Amazing Love, How Can it Be? That You, My King, Would Die for Me?

What a Weekend!!!!

What a Weekend...4 wheeler riding on Sunday and then Joel and Sean were off to the practice round of the Masters on Monday. Shelbia Jean finally got to meet our Shelbia Drew and she was so in love... Here are a few pics from the weekend.

Today we took Shelbia Drew to the Festival of Flowers...She LOVED all of the colors and it was a good opportunity for photos! We had so much fun, we actually spent two and a half hours there. There were a good amount of vendors and a lot of cool stuff to see and look at, but my favorite part by far were the family photos we got! Take a look!

S.D.'s Sunday Best

So today after church at Grace and lunch at Sabor-a-Mexico, I decided to TRY to get a few photos in her Sunday Best (including pearls). Our Azalea in the back yard is blooming, and I thought it would make for some very pretty photos, however....someone was hungry and hot. Here are our results..

This of course is what she looked like after she ate...beautiful and happy. Of course on the couch with no pearls :(

Huge milestone here! Daddy and Shelbia Drew in her first SIZE 2 diapers! She's getting so big so fast!

2 Month Appointment!

Shelbia Drew did great at her 2 month appointment. Her shots were awful, but she was a trooper! A little tylenol when she was done and she has been sleeping ever since!

More good news--She finally took a bottle for Sean last night! She was full and happy and Sean was so excited.

This week is pretty full of excitement for S.D. Tonight is Sean's softball game with the church, Wednesday is Community Group (Shelbia Drew gets to see all of her friends), Thursday JPop and Big Momma will be in town and then Friday she gets some quality time with her Aunt Tiffi C while we go see Zac Brown Band in concert at the warf. A Wonderful Weekend!

What a great weekend! KiKi came in town to spend some time with S.D. and Sean and I had a great date night. Zach came down with his new friend Brittany and we danced on the Wii all night....Sean surprised me with a massage at Nouveau Day Spa on Saturday (AMAZING)! To complete the weekend we stayed up late on Sunday night playing Catch Phrase with James...KiKi had a blast, Zach, James and Brittany got to experience Mardi Gras for the first time and Sean and I had an amazing date and got to go to church while KiKi got some S.D. time in....AND SHE TOOK A BOTTLE!
